The Story of the Kick-off meeting
The first project meeting between our schools took place in November (from10th to 13th) at ITE Dante Alighiera in Cerignola, Italy. The kick-off meeting of the "Connect,share and Get Enlighted" project involves 7 participating countries.
Teachers from Turkey, Italy ,Bulgaria,Poland,Slovakia ,Portugal and Crotia met in Cerignola to share the tasks,explain their ideas about the project and finale the details of the activities to be carried out until the next meeting. The teachers also met to share important information about the Education system in our countries as well as sharing resources and watching lessons and students at work.

Within four-day workshops, we together reached an agreement.Mobilities have been structured and scheduled.The students of ITE Dante Alighiera School made presentations about their school,region and country.
On the first day of the meeting,we had a city tour aroun Cerignola.The students from ITE Dante Alighieri accompanied us and also they intrdoced us the city.On the evening,ITE Dante Alighieri presented us an opening ceremony that was coordinated by their school.And also,the school prepared us a buffet so we had a chance to taste the local foods.

On the second day,the meeting went on talking about the project details,activities and also planning the next meeting.Every partner try to make their contribution to the project.We had short school trip also with the accompany of the ITE Dante Alighieri headmaster.

Here are the activities completed and to be carried out by April.
The completed tasks are;
A.1 (September 2015)
*Creating the “Erasmus+ Noticeboards” including posters about partner countries.
*Establish a “ Social Media Club”.Selecting the students having interest and willing to work on project activities.
A.2 (OCTOBER 2015 )
* Informing other stakeholders ,Board of Governors,Parents and Local Community about the Project. * Preparing brochures giving info about the partner schools,countries and cultures.
The activities to be carried out;
A.3 (NOVEMBER 2015 )
* To facilitate quick communication, forward of documents and permit insight into the project work of participating partners forming the internet platforms ( e-Twinning, facebook, project web page).
A4. (DECEMBER 2015 )
*Celebration of the PROJECTS' BIRTHDAY: to do the same activities in every participating country.Every partner will design a celebration of the project’s birthday in their school.The partners will present their Erasmus+ Noticeboard ,give information about the first meeting to their students,teachers and parents .
*(My Logo) The last activity in December is the Logo Contest.The partner schools will choose the best logo to represent the project.Crotia will be responsible for this activity.They will prepare announcements,headlines to raise interest around the students about the logo contest via Facebook and our Website.All voluntary students will participate in this competition.We and the students can choose the best of three with the help of socia media.On the next meeting, the winner will be selected.
A5. ( JANUARY 2016 ) Composing all the data and presenting a common New Yeare calendar with pictures,texts and vocation periods.

On the third day of the meeting,the host partner Italy prepared us a tour to Saint Petrus Basillica which is near Bari and a nice town called Alberabello.We had amazed at seeing these historical and touristic old houses which is now renowated as a shopping places.On that night,we had a certificate ceremony.Cerignola's Provincial Diectorate of National Education and aslo ITE Dante's Alighieri's headmaster was with us.

On the last day of the meeting,we had a short food company visit and everybody could saw the prodiction phase of delicious local foods.
They were very enthusiastic and showed us their interest to the project.Thanks for Italy being a wonderful host and contributions for the project. Friendly atmosphere enabled reaching the goals and developing realationships for future cooperation on the project which we all are looking forward to very much.
